Payments / Pagos
Prepay orders only, 50% of your total must be paid when you place your order. The final payment is due when your order is ready to be shipped out to Miami, FL, USA. Payments must be made by wire transfer or credit card (a 5% fee will be added to all credit card orders).
Solamente aceptamos pedidos prepagos, el 50% de su total debe pagarse cuando realiza su pedido. El pago final se debe hacer cuando su pedido está listo para ser enviado a Miami, FL, EE. UU. Los pagos deben hacerse por transferencia bancaria o tarjeta de crédito (se agregará una tarifa del 5% a todos los pedidos).
Orders Specifications
Customers must provide the correct product description, for example, serial number, model, color, measurements, etc. Some products are custom made — production time from THREE (3) to FOUR (4) weeks.

Shipping / Envio
Clients are responsible for shipping costs and must provide Tinta Industries with their freight company information for final destination.

Warranty / Garantía
At Tinta Industries, we make a promise to our customers, guaranteeing high-quality products. Our products are designed, manufactured, and tested in state-of-the-art facilities.
Storage Recommendations:
- Store in a cool, dry location.
- Do not leave in direct sunlight or rooms with constant, bright, artificial light.
- 75 degrees Fahrenheit is an ideal storage temperature.
- 50 percent relative humidity is an ideal storage condition.
- Never leave in a car for any length of time.
- Never store in a basement that is too cool or damp.
All our products include a one-year manufacture guarantee of shelf life by following the recommended storage instructions or for defective products.
Customers must provide proof of defective products; otherwise return or credit note cannot be made. Tinta Industries is not responsible for product damage caused by your freight shipping company.
EXW – Ex Works
Under EXW terms, the seller fulfills their obligation to deliver when the goods are made available at the seller’s premises to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for loading the goods on the vehicle provided by the buyer or for clearing the goods for export, unless otherwise agreed.
FCA – Free Carrier
Under FCA terms, the seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier nominated by the buyer at the named place. This term represents approximately 40% of all international shipments.
